LemosPainting offers commercial and residential painting services. We also offer flooring and floor sanding. Our team of professionals will provide painting services according to the agreed-upon specifications and timelines

2. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide high-quality painting services, please note that certain limitations may apply. We cannot guarantee the exact color match due to variations in paint batches and surface textures. Additionally, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to surfaces prior to painting.

3. Liability

LemosPainting shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss, arising from the use of our Services. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the premises are adequately prepared for painting and that all valuable or delicate items are protected.

4. Paint Selection

We offer recommendations for paint selection based on our expertise; however, the final decision rests with the client. LemosPainting shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction resulting from the client's choice of paint color or type.

5. Payment

Payment for our Services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, check, and electronic transfer.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a painting appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. All sales are final, and refunds will be issued at the discretion of LemosPainting.

7. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. LemosPainting offers a 1 month warranty on our painting services. If you encounter any issues within the warranty period, please contact us, and we will address them promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on our website and promotional materials, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and videos, is the property of LemosPainting and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Hampshire. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of New Hampshire.

10. Changes to Terms

LemosPainting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our Services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms
